Prices:

Apartment prices are in EURO per apartment and night without meals, room prices per person and day, including breakfast, excluding tourist tax.

Local tax:

The local tax of € 3,- per day and per person will be charged extra. Children up to 15 years are free of local tax.

Short stays:

Short stay supplement up to 3 days.

Final cleaning apartments:

Final cleaning Euro 70,00.

Arrival and departure:

On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready to move in from 15. 00. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9. 30 am and the rooms by 9. 30 am. If you arrive after 19. 00, please let us know.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed.

Parking places:

There are plenty of parking spaces at the house.

Reservation:

In case of FIXER reservation (only valid in writing) of an apartment or a room, we ask for a deposit according to the booking confirmation.

When a reservation is made (accommodation contract), the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry 2006 apply. If the prices in the booking confirmation differ, the prices quoted in the price list always apply.

Means of payment:

Only cash payment possible.

Non-smokers:

Please note that our apartment and rooms are non-smoking areas.

Travel cancellation insurance:

Cancellation options:

Cancellations are only valid in writing.
In case of cancellation from the time of booking, the guest will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount. Within three months to one month before arrival: 40% cancellation fee of the total price. Within one month to one week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee of the total price. In the week of arrival: 90% cancellation fee of the total price.
